What is warmth?
Warmth is a feeling we all know, however, we rarely experience it in arts venues.
We want to do better: we want equity across the arts, we want accountability for inequality and mistakes made, proper access to venues and we want employers to do radically better. We share our work transparently as we go on this journey with you.

Our equitable working methods are being used widely in the arts industry and we are pleased to see this is having a positive effect on creatives.
We made the decision to put a paywall onto our website as we are an organisation with no core funding. Below you can choose from our two low-cost options to access all our content.

Warmth is our pioneering methodology for equitable working methods in the arts industry
Our equitable working methods are being used widely in the arts industry and we are pleased to see this is having a positive effect on creatives. As an organisation with no core funding we ask you to support our work with a small one off contribution of £30 to access all our content. This is for small organisations who turnover under £100k a year.
If your organisation has a yearly turnover above £100k we ask you to sign up using this plan to ensure we can continue doing our work equitably.
